Legal Disclaimer
Mental Health Monarchs (MHM) is a digital wellness platform. What we offer here — essays, audio, apparel, coaching cohorts, the Sovereignty Suite, healing sessions, meditations, journal prompts, book and music recommendations, and every other room in the palace — is created for psychoeducation, reflection, and personal growth.
It is not therapy. It is not medical care. It is not a crisis service.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes. Reading it, listening to it, wearing it, or working through any cohort or tool offered here is not a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or other qualified provider.
Nothing shared on MHM — through any room, product, program, or piece of writing — should be interpreted as clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a therapeutic relationship. Engaging with MHM content does not establish a clinician-client relationship between you and Jerusalem Brown, LPC, NCC, or any other contributor.
If you are working with a therapist, psychiatrist, physician, or other provider, continue that work. If you need that kind of care and don't have it, please seek it.
Clinical Practice Notice
Jerusalem Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), licensed to provide psychotherapy only in the state of Alabama. Therapy services are offered through her clinical practice, not through MHM as a platform.
If you are a resident of Alabama and would like to inquire about therapy, you can do so through Psychology Today or Headway, where intake and clinical work are handled separately from anything offered on this site. Booking a therapy session through those platforms is the only context in which a clinician-client relationship with Jerusalem Brown is formed. Visiting MHM, purchasing from the boutique, joining a cohort, or using any tool on this site does not create one.
Coaching and Psychoeducational Programs
The Sovereignty Suite, group cohorts, healing sessions, meditations, and any related programs offered through MHM are coaching and psychoeducational in nature. They are designed to support reflection, skill-building, and personal development.
They are not therapy. They are not a treatment for mental illness, trauma, or any diagnosed condition. Participation does not constitute a clinical relationship and is not a substitute for working with a licensed provider in your state.
Results vary. Personal growth depends on factors outside our control — your history, your context, your effort, your support system, your willingness to engage. MHM makes no guarantee of any particular outcome, transformation, or result from any program, product, or piece of content offered.
Recommendations and Shared Content
Books, music, playlists, articles, and other resources featured on MHM are shared because they have meant something — to Jerusalem, to the brand's voice, to the work of healing. They are recommendations, not prescriptions.
MHM does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of third-party books, songs, websites, or creators referenced or linked from this site. What resonates for one person may not resonate for another. Take what serves you and leave what doesn't.

Do not rely on MHM, its content, its programs, or any communication through this site for urgent or emergency support.
Information Collected Through the Site
Email sign-ups collect names and email addresses. Boutique purchases collect shipping and billing information. The concierge tool and any journaling or reflection features may collect personal information you choose to share, including reflections on your mental and emotional life.
Information shared through these tools is handled in accordance with the MHM Privacy Policy. It is not protected health information under HIPAA because MHM is not operating as a healthcare provider in this context. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how your information is stored, used, and protected, and consider what you are comfortable sharing in any digital space.
Your Responsibility
You are the authority on your own life. Engaging with MHM is a choice you make freely, and how you apply anything you encounter here is yours to decide. By using this site and its offerings, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion and accept responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and outcomes.
If something here brings up more than you can handle on your own, that is not a failure of the work — it is a signal to seek support. Please reach out to a licensed provider in your area. We will still be here when you come back.
Updates to This Disclaimer
