The Vault is a curated collection of MHM's creative and therapeutic projects and offerings — postcards that say what needed to be said, meditations that meet you where you are, music that holds what words sometimes can't, written work brought to life on screen, journal packets designed to take you inward with intention, and Bishop Butterscotch, self-ordained minister of Black mental health and wellness at The First Missionary Wellness Church of Mental Health Monarchs, who reminds us that healing can also be humorous — because mental health and wellness is not one size fits all.

Everything here was made with intention. Take your time. There is something in here for wherever you are right now.

Crown Quips — MHM Postcard Series

Some things need to be said like they came from someone who actually knows you. Crown Quips are postcards written directly to the part of you that needed to hear something real — not a quote pulled from a stranger's feed, but a word that lands like it was meant for you specifically. Each card in this ongoing series carries a message rooted in lived experience, delivered the way good truth always should be: warmly, directly, and without apology. Collect them. Pass them on. Leave one where someone needs to find it.

MHM Meditative Healing Sessions — YouTube

These sessions were created for the ones who need a moment to just be — without the noise, the performance, or the pressure to have it all together. Each meditation in this ongoing series is different, meeting you wherever you are and inviting you back to yourself at your own pace. No experience necessary. Just show up as you are.

Crown Work

This is where the Majestic Minds do the actual work. Crown Work is a growing collection of guided journals, worksheets, and reflection packets designed to help you go inward with intention — at your own pace, in your own space, on your own terms. Each packet was created around a specific theme, because healing is rarely general and the work deserves to be specific.

Every 3rd Sunday, Bishop Butterscotch takes the pulpit — and the topic is always family dysfunction. What it looks like, how it hides, and how you choose yourself out of it. This is not your average wellness content. It is equal parts humor, honesty, and the kind of truth that hits differently when it's delivered with a little church. Come for the laugh. The written word has always been central to MHM. Now some of it is moving. Blog to Video brings select MHM articles to life in video format — same voice, same cultural grounding, same refusal to make mental health feel clinical and cold. This collection is still growing, and that's intentional. We'd rather do it right than do it fast.
