THE SOVEREIGNTY SUITE

Small Group. Big work.
Welcome to the suite. You're in the right place...if you're ready to do the work..

What would change if you chose yourself first?
This is your invitation to reflect, reclaim, and reign.

The Sovereignty Suite is a coaching and psychoeducational experience built for the one who has spent years being fluent in everyone else's needs and a stranger to their own. It is structured, culturally grounded, and designed to move you — not inspire you to stay the same while feeling temporarily motivated.
You did the work. The therapy. The journaling. The boundary-setting. You read the books, named the patterns, went no-contact or low-contact or whatever contact your nervous system could manage. You stopped people-pleasing (at least most of the time). You know what you need.
And life got more complicated, not less.
That's what sovereignty actually produces. When you change, everything around you has to reorganize. Relationships shift. Old roles stop fitting. The version of you that survived isn't running things anymore, and the version that's emerging is still learning how to move. Nobody tells you that part. Nobody maps this terrain.

Coaching with me is for those who have already done the work and have the basic foundation (boundaries, assertiveness, distance, etc.). You understand the basic clinical concepts of self-care— you might even use them fluently. What you need is someone who can navigate with you through what growth actually produces in real time: the grief, the clarity, the moments where you know exactly what's true and have no idea what to do with it.
This is not entry-level work. I don't teach basic life skills here, and I'm not going to talk to you like you haven't done the work. I'm going to meet you where you actually are.
That's what the Sovereignty Suite is for.
This is an intimate cohort. The space is kept small on purpose — because the kind of work that actually changes something requires room to breathe and people who are genuinely ready to be in the room together.
If you are ready to be seen, challenged, and held accountable in a small group setting, this was built for you.
Investment: $995 per cohort cycle
This covers the full experience — structured sessions, psychoeducational materials, and one-on-one direct access to Jerusalem Brown, LPC, NCC, throughout the cohort.
Two-payment option available — $500 at enrollment, $495 before the first session. Reach out before applying if that's what you need.
